Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows a variety of fighting techniques from a mixture of other combat sports. The object of the sport is to defeat your opponent utilizing striking, throwing and grappling techniques while standing and on the ground.
Fights happen in a cage. At Kumite 1 League we have a unique hexagon design - "THE RAGE ARENA" with a combination of a cage and a boxing ring spanning across 900sqft rasied an a height of 3'.3" for the best viewing experience.
Popular fighting styles in MMA include Boxing, Brazilian Ji Jitsu, Ji Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling.
